Ana Di Pangracio
Ana Di Pangracio is a lawyer specialized in Environmental Law from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was granted a scholarship by the “Swedish Scholarship Program Linnaeus-Palme” (MSc. In Environmental Management and Policy, International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics IIIEE- Lund University). Currently she works as the Coordinator of the Area of Biodiversity Conservation in Fundación Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (FARN) and is a university professor. Ana collaborates with several environmental NGO and local associations. and is the author of a dozen articles and publications. Avid birdwatcher, conservationist and naturalist. Since 2010, member of the World Commission on Environmental Law and the World Commission on Protected Areas of IUCN.
Water partnerships should be locally regulated through specific Basin Authorities, providing equal access for the inhabitants, based on long-term commitment from policymakers.
