Chudi Ukpabi
Chudi Ukpabi (Nigeria-Netherlands) worked as a journalist and media researcher, and is senior international development professional and consultant, with many years of work experience in The Netherlands, Europe and over thirty African countries. He has worked in international development management programmes of many international donors agents in the areas of democratic governance, strategic communication, development communication, project design and evaluation, development policy, institutions reforms, cultural diversity, negotiation and bridge building. He is also experienced in working in post-conflict fragile states and institutional capacity-building (e.g. South Sudan, Darfur, Liberia). He sees himself as World Citizen.
Tackling issues like poverty, inequality, food security, water security and environmental degradation will remain necessary for international development after the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) expire in 2015.
