Dennis Shen is a director of sovereign ratings with Scope Ratings GmbH. Before he joined Scope in 2017, Dennis was an economist with Alliance Bernstein, specialising on advanced and emerging economies. Dennis graduated from the MPA in International Development from the London School of Economics in 2013 and completed undergraduate studies at Cornell University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
