Giovanni Munoz is an irrigation expert specializing in irrigation system design, construction and management with FAO Investment Centre Division. During the last years he has focused on performance assessment and modernization of irrigation systems. He has worked in projects in Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Giovanni holds a M.Sc. in land and water management (Cranfield University, UK) and a B.Sc. in agricultural engineering (National University of Colombia).
