Lars van Troost
Lars van Troost is Senior Adviser, Policy and Strategy at Amnesty International the Netherlands. He was previously Heas of Strategic Studies, Head of Political Affairs and Press Office, Head of External Relations and Head of the Refugee Department. In 1998, van Troost was deputy head of delegation for Amnesty International at the UN Diplomatic Conference on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court.
