Pedro Martinez-Santos is a tenured professor of Hydrogeology at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. He regularly collaborates with relief organizations in the field of water supply and irrigation, having coordinated projects in various countries of West Africa. Since 2014 he is a member of the Global Young Academy.
