Peter Konijn
Peter Konijn is director of Knowing Emerging Powers, a knowledge initiative he started in 2011. He is a researcher at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He was deputy director of Cordaid, responsible for policy and evaluation for 8 years.
There is little chance that traditional and new donors will reach an agreement on the best way to deliver aid. New donors, like China, India and Brazil, don’t buy in to the aid effectiveness framework constructed by the traditional donors under the auspices of OECD - DAC.
