Rachel Rank is Research and Monitoring Manager at Publish What You Fund. Her role includes developing, managing and implementing Publish What You Fund’s research and monitoring products and establishing partnerships with other organisations focusing on aid transparency. Rachel’s background is in the design and delivery of governance and institutional capacity building programmes and the production of advocacy and research publications. She has previously held positions with the Commonwealth Secretariat, the consulting company DAI, Transparency International and the Overseas Development Institute.
