Rida Lyammouri is a Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South and CVE & Conflict Prevention Specialist at the International Business and Technical Consultants Inc. (IBTCI). He previously worked as an independent security consultant focusing on the North Africa and Sahel regions. He has researched and written more than 200 reports for specific use by different United States Government agencies, including the Office of Transition Initiative, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Department of Defense.
