Stineke Oenema
Stineke Oenema works for ICCO in the Netherlands. She is the program coordinator for the Food and Nutrition Security program. She is chair of the European Food Security Group and a member of the editorial board of the Right to Food and Nutrition Watch.
More guidelines on food security include the Right to Food. At the same time donors and governments heavily support private sector development to increase agricultural investment and growth. The focus should be kept on smallholder farmers.
