Chiara Galletti is a peacebuilding adviser at International Alert working on issues of crime, violence and instability. She endeavours to unpack and understand the links between organized crime and conflict. She previously worked as Team Leader at ClientEarth, where she led on a DFID-funded project to empower local communities and civil society organization in various sub-Saharan countries. She has also worked as a Development Advisor for the European Union in Sudan and Pakistan, focusing on human rights, rule of law and access to justice. Chiara Galletti is a qualified lawyer in Italy and holds an LLM in International Humanitarian Law from the University of Geneva.
