Peter Konijn
Peter Konijn is director of Knowing Emerging Powers, a knowledge initiative he started in 2011. He is a researcher at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He was deputy director of Cordaid, responsible for policy and evaluation for 8 years.
In January 2012 the Indian government formally established the Development Partnership Administration (DPA) within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with a mandate to coordinate India’s overseas development assistance.
