Robert van den Heuvel is within DSM responsible for inclusive business development and PPP-projects on food & nutrition in Africa and Asia. Marketing, business development and social impact in developing and emerging countries, is what drives Robert. Experience has been built up on the ground in Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Kenya and India. He combines the macro perspective with practical execution at grass root level, in for example rural Vietnam and urban Jakarta. From marketing nutritious snacks for kids, to introducing micro insurance for Vietnamese fishermen. He worked on topics like food, nutrition, water, sanitation, micro finance and local entrepreneurship. Graduated in marketing Business Administration at University of Technology Eindhoven The Netherlands. Worked during 20 years for companies, consultancies and NGOs. Was 4 years based in South East Asia.
