Barbara Carasso has been working for the past eight years in developing countries in different capacities – with NGOs, UN and national governments – on policy, strategy and implementation issues surrounding access to care and treatment. She currently works as a research fellow at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), specifically looking at the impact of user fee removal in Zambia.
