Christian Freres is a specialist in international relations and development policy. He is a research associate at ICEI and consultant to various organizations, including the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation. He has published widely on the European Union’s development policy, Spanish aid policy in Latin America and European-Latin American relations.
