Niccolo Sarno is a freelance journalist and communications expert who worked for Inter Press Service (IPS) News Agency in Brussels in 1997-2000, first as correspondent, then editor, reporting on international development and environment. He also briefly reported for The Associated Press.
Since 2002 Niccolo also works as Media Coordinator at Friends of the Earth International, part-time.
Niccolo published more than 100 feature articles for IPS News Agency, as well as many stories and op-eds for various print and online media organisations, including a mini guide for The Economist online Cities Guide.
He is a member of the Italian Journalists Association and the International Federation of Journalists since 1997.
He lives in Amsterdam with his son and his passion is Yoga.
