Around the close of 2017, quite a few changes were made at The Broker—changes that left us feeling hopeful about our future. Our choices in 2017, our results in 2017 and our hopes for the future have now been published in our 2017 annual report.

They were impossible to miss last month—e-mails about privacy regulations. People who are subscribed to digital newsletters were especially blown away by a huge amount of confirmation requests. At The Broker, the question of whether we comply with the new European privacy rules labelled ‘GDPR’ was also raised.
