PUPs for sustainable water development

Emanuele Lobina is Principal Lecturer at the Public Services International Research Unit (PSIRU) Business School of the University of Greenwich. Emanuele joined PSIRU in 1998 and has written extensively on water service reform, water governance and capacity development. He is member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Water Governance, and member of the scientific committee of Gazzetta Amministrativa della Repubblica Italiana. Emanuele is regularly commissioned research work by and provides policy advice to international organisations, central and local governments, professional associations, trade unions and civic organisations.
