Michel Luntumbue is a researcher at the Group for Research and Information on Peace and Security (GRIP) in the unit of "Conflict, security and governance in Africa". He holds a university degree in political science and international relations. He supervised, coordinated and developed projects in West and Central Africa in the field of capacity building and organization structuring. He conducted several studies on development issues, North-South relationships and social movements in Southern countries such as Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. His research work at GRIP includes human security, conflict prevention and strengthening the rule of law in Central and West Africa.
