Anthea Mulakala is The Asia Foundation’s Country Representative for Malaysia and Regional Advisor for Donor Relations.  She is currently coordinating The Asia Foundation – Korea Development Institute project on Asian Approaches to Development Cooperation. She has lived and worked in Asia for 20 years, including positions with The World Bank and DFID prior to joining The Asia Foundation.
