Magda holds two master’s degrees: in Sociology (from Yerevan State University, Armenia) and in Public Administration (from Leiden University, the Netherlands), as well as the International Certificate in Risk Management (from The Institute of Risk Management, UK). Main areas of expertise include integrated risk management, disaster and climate risk governance, capacity development, civil protection, recovery planning, and M&E..
