He is institutional and organizational development advisor at SNV Ethiopia.He has a Master in Organizational Development (MA) and a Bachelor in Agricultural Engineer (BSc). His involvement in rural development project evaluation and planning helps him understand how external development agencies influence communities’ livelihoods; and how national policies affect the behaviour of rural farmers towards natural resource management in their household priorities and eventually their food security.
