Sander Happaerts

Organisation: Flemish Policy Research Centre for Sustainable Development

Sander Happaerts is a research fellow at the Institute for International and European Policy (University of Leuven, Belgium) and a member of the Flemish Policy Research Centre for Sustainable Development. He is finalizing a PhD about the sustainable development policies of subnational governments, and their embeddedness in national and international governance processes. Sander is also preparing an edited volume on subnational governments and sustainable development, with Hans Bruyninckx and Karoline Van den Brande, to be published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2012.
