Justin Kilcullen

Justin Kilcullen is the president of Concord, the confederation of European development NGOs, representing more than 1600 such organisations across the European Union. Previously he was the past President of CIDSE and Director of Irish aid agency Trócaire. He has been involved with development organisations since the 1970’s.
