Lucie Stephans is the Head of Co-production in the Social Policy team at the New Economics Foundation (NEF). The NEF is an independent think-and-do tank that inspires and demonstrates real economic well-being. Stephens’ work aims to increase the amount of co-production taking place in public services in the UK and overseas.

She is a trustee of SPICE, a social enterprise that develops timebanking systems for communities and public services.
