Lars van Troost

Lars van Troost (1962) is head of the external relations department at Amnesty International Nederland. He was previously head of Amnesty’s refugees department (2002–2004) and coordinator of political affairs (1998–2002). In 1998, van Troost was deputy head of delegation for Amnesty International at the UN Diplomatic Conference on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court. This article does not necessarily reflect the views of Amnesty International.
